Due to the size of our business, and that we do not holding any items in stock, we manufacture all of our items to order, so whilst you may like to have your goods as quickly as possible, we may not be able to meet your requirements due to the business model we operate. If you wish to know current expected delivery schedules, use the “Contact Us” form via the "Customer Service" button and we will let you know by return.
We will notify you by e-mail if there is likely to be any delay in our standard delivery timescales of 7 to 10 days, and under the terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), we do have, in exceptional circumstances, up to 30 days to fulfil your order. We will obviously contact you in such circumstances, to see if you wish to proceed or cancel your order.
You must provide a daytime delivery address as all parcels will need to be signed for.
We cannot be held responsible, for any additional costs associated with your delivery, especially in cases where we have eveidence that an attempted delivery has been made.
If a parcel is returned to us because no signature could be obtained or an incorrect address is given, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to send the parcel out again.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or other such events.
We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss due to 3rd party delivery delays.

Standard Delivery - UK Only
Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class "Signed For" or Parcelforce Express48 services and we manufacture and dispatch all items to order, in the sequence they arrive.
The cost of delivery depends on the gross weight of the items ordered, including an allowance for packaging and occasionally the location of the delivery address.
We find that Royal Mail are cheaper up to and including a parcel weight of 2kg and Parcelforce for everything over 2kg.

For information the following average weights are used for each garment type:
● Bodywarmers : 1kg
● Hoodies and Sweatshirts : 900g
● Rugby and Polo Shirts : 500g
● T-Shirts and Leisure Bottoms : 300g
● Boxer Shorts : 200g
The total weight will be shown on the checkout page and the delivery costs priced accordingly.
Express, Remote and Overseas Deliveries
Due to the nature of our business we do not offer Express Delivery. See Customer Service FAQ for more information.
For deliveries to Republic of Ireland, Europe and the Rest of the World, please use the "Contact Us" form via the "Customer Service" button, to let us know your requirements, quantities and delivery location. We can then advise on cost of delivery and how to proceed with your order.
If you decide to proceed with an overseas order, we cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible if these items are lost in transit.
We are not responsible for any custom or duty payments that may be due in the destination country.
